At this time, we are pleased to offer a convenient pick-up-in-store option for all your purchases. While we are not currently offering delivery services, you can easily place your order online and collect it at our store at your convenience. This allows us to ensure that your items are prepared with care and ready for you when you arrive. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with excellent service in person.​

PROCESSING TIME FOR GIFTS: All gift orders are made to order and will be processed within 5-7 business days from payment.

PROCESSING TIME FOR TABLES: All tables are made to order with a processing time of 6-7 weeks from payment.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY FEES FOR TABLES: This will be on a case-by-case basis due to delivery locations and we will quote if you need your table delivered.

​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY: We do not refund or exchange for a change of mind. If you receive goods that are damaged or defective, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction, and we offer a straightforward refund process. Please contact us within  7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return and refund process. We will guide you through the steps to return the damaged items, and once we receive them, we will promptly issue a refund to your original payment method. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are here to assist you every step of the way.
